Sanctum does not store, host, or process your files on our servers. All files remain on your own hardware at all times. We provide the software and network tunnel only.
Sanctum is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sanctum and Monzie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of Sanctum shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Sanctum collects only the information necessary to operate the service โ your email address, subdomain, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store, access, or analyse any files transmitted through our platform.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Sanctum service. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions (including Cloudflare) may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Sanctum after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
